In recent years, through juveniles' physique survey, we can found that juveniles' physical quality decreased obviously. In order to improve their physique, the Ministry of Education launched the "Sunshine Sports" to improve the physical quality of juveniles. Interest is the instructor of learning, and the direct mo-tive force of learning. This paper mainly analyzes the factors in-fluencing the cultivation of adolescents' sports interest, and puts forward some s of developing juveniles' interest in sports, hoping to provide some references for the formation of juveniles' youth sports interest.% 通过近年来对青少年的体质调查可以发现，当前青少年的身体素质下降明显，为了提高青少年的体质，教育部发起了“阳光体育运动”，以提高青少年的身体素质。兴趣是学习的导师，是学习的直接动力，本文主要通过问卷调查分析了影响青少年体育兴趣培养的因素，并提出了一些培养青少年体育兴趣的方法，希望为青少年体育兴趣的形成提供一些参考。
