青少年是未来国家建设的接班人，更是中华民族精神的继承者和传播者。青少年的思想道德建设是公民道德建设的重点和难点，要把加强青少年思想道德建设作为一项功在当代利在千秋的大事来抓。梁启超曾感慨院“少年智则国智，少年富则国富，少年强则国强。”新时期的青少年思想道德建设，既要把握认识，又要落于实践。在明确其重要性基础上，整合多方力量共抓青少年思想教育，进而形成“社会共抓、多方协调”的新局面。%Young people are the successors of the future na-tion-building, and the successors and communicators of the spirit of the Chinese nation.
