Independent college student stress has its own unique-ness, and it can be divided into positive pressure, negative pres-sure and neutral pressure. Each kind of pressure and potentially exists various positive or negative factor, and pressure type is distinguished by its properties according to the proportion of pos-itive or negative factors. So pressure elimination should consider subject, gender, grade and other factors, as well as internal and external factors and their stability.
