How to teach English well and how middle school English teachers can better realize the development of both teaching and their professional ability are discussed in this paper based on reflections on the understanding of the current middle school English teaching and the professional development of new middle school English teachers. This paper will come back to language itself from English teaching, and make clear the conno-tation of middle school English teaching.
