The advent of the Internet unprecedentedly changed college students' ideological and political education, due to the characteristics of the Internet and students' complex physical and psychological characteristics, network ideological and political e-ducation are confronted with a series of problems and challenges. In view of this situation, effective measures should be adopted to promote the smooth implementation of college students' network ideological and political education.% 互联网的出现使大学生思想政治教育出现了空前的变化，由于网络本身藏匿性、虚拟性的特点，加之大学生矛盾的身心特征，使得大学生网络思想政治教育面临着一系列的问题和挑战。对此，政府、高校都应该意识到加强大学生思想政治教育的必要性和重要性，针对出现的问题分析原因，采取有效措施，占领网络思想政治教育的阵地，推进大学生网络思想政治教育工作，保障其顺利、有效实施。
