Ideological and political education plays a role that cannot be ignored in the development of human society, so it has been attached to much importance in China, especially in public institutions. But some problems advent in ideological and political education of public institutions with the rapid development of China's economy and society. In view of the problems, the writer proposes some countermeasures, so as to promote ideological and political work in public institutions.% 思想政治教育在人类社会发展进程中发挥着不可忽视的作用，我国十分重视在思想层面上的教育工作。其中，事业单位的思想政治教育是我国思想政治工作的重点。但是，随着我国经济社会的快速发展，事业单位的思想政治工作也逐渐暴露出一些问题，严重影响了我国事业单位的健康发展。因此，针对目前事业单位在思想政治工作中存在的问题，笔者在此提出一些改进措施，以促进事业单位思想政治工作的发展和繁荣。
