现在的职校生是在家长批评、老师忽视的环境下长大的。要他们建立积极向上的人生观就必须让他们树立自信，而老师、家长的赏识会起到促进作用。作为班主任，第一节班会我就告诉他们“你们本来就很美”，让他们认识到自己的优点，并且在今后的生活、学习中发挥自己的优势。利用“家校通”和家长会与家长沟通，让他们也赏识孩子，鼓励孩子。%The present vocational school students grow up in par-ents' criticism and teachers' ignorance. To establish their positive outlook on life and self-confidence, teachers and parents should learn to appreciate them. As a head teacher, one should tell stu-dents that they are originally beautiful at the first class, letting them recognize their advantages and give full play to them in their future life and learning. Besides, family meeting should also be used to communicate with parents and help them appreciate and encourage their children.
