College English teachers' self-development is an effec-tive approach of their professional development. Based on an in-terpretation of the connotation of college English teachers' pro-fessional development and self-development, this paper classi-fies, analyzes and reviews the recent eight years' relevant articles from five aspects, having found the existing problems, and pro-poses suggestions for future researches.%大学英语教师自主发展是大学英语教师专业发展的一个有效途径。本文就大学英语教师专业发展和自主发展的概念进行了阐述以及将近8年来的文章从5个方面进行了分类、分析和评述，发现了其中的问题，并对未来的研究提出了建议。
