Except for the limitations of personal capability,other external factors will affect on the postgraduates who cannot graduate regularly.This article analyzes the external factors,such as the regulation of awarding a degree,the competitive employment market and the capability of supervisors,trying to propose some solutions in order to shed light on the Chinese postgraduate education.%研究生无法如期毕业,除了自身能力限制之外,还受各种外部因素影响。本文通过对学位要求、就业环境、导师作用等因素的分析,提出建议,以期对研究生教育有所贡献。
