侨校“三风”问题的现状及其建议——以暨南大学为例

         

摘要

The school spirit is the collective behavior of a school fashion and also a kind of educational environment.In a sense,it represents a unique school spirit and mental state.Teaching style is a school of the spirit of scholarship,scholarship and scholarly methods;Style of study reflects the spirit of student learning held by the state,psychological atmosphere and learning methods.Style of study is decided by teaching style.Good style of study is one of the most valuable assets,a necessary condition for survival and development of the school and also an important landmark of school' taste and style. Good style of study is an environment in which students were infected and nurtured. Good style of study is a power,so that students feel a pressure and urgency to make progress. At the same time,it is a binding,which can prevent bad habits,bad tendencies and so on. If the style of study and teaching style are built,school spirit will be naturally good. In this paper,we aim to the status of "Three Style" in overseas school and propose some suggestion which will provide the colleges and universities(there are some overseas recruit students) some references.%校风是一所学校的集体行为风尚,是一种教育环境。从某种意义上讲,它代表一所学校特有的精神风貌和精神状态。教风是指一所学校的治学精神、治学态度和治学方法。学风反映学生对学习所持有的精神状态、心理气氛及学习方式方法等。教风决定学风。优良的学风是一所学校最宝贵的财富之一,是学校生存发展的必要条件,也是学校品位和格调的重要标志之一。优良学风是一种氛围,使置身在这种氛围中的学生受到感染和熏陶。优良学风又是一种动力和促进力,使学生感到一种压力和紧迫感,促使学生不断进取向上。同时,它还是一约束力,能制止不良的习惯、倾向和风气的产生与发展。如果学风与教风建设好了,校风也会自然好了。本文针对侨校这个特殊的高校的实际讨论三风问题的现状,提出了一些建议,这些结果希望能给各高校(有外招同学)的决策提供一些参考。
