档案是高校的重要资料,因此对档案的管理是高校的一项重要工作。随着计算机技术的不断发展,单纯的传统的档案资料管理方法已经不能满足现代管理的需要。我们应当充分利用校园网络,对档案进行电子化、信息化的管理,使高校信息能够充分共享,促进科研工作能很好合作。鉴于此背景和目的,本文对高校科研档案管理的信息化的优点、内容等方面进行了探讨。%In the university,therefore,important data for the management of the university is an important task.As computer technology is developing steadily,pure traditional management methods will not be able to meet the needs of modern management. We should make good use of network,managing data in the state of an electronic,information management. They can fully share of information,promote co-operation between the scientific research work.In view of this background and purpose,we will investigate in merits and contents of university research records management of information.
