The relationship between heaven and man,an important issue of China＇s ancient psychology, means the correlation between heaven and man.Wang Chuanshan comprehensively summarized the traditional heaven-man relation theory,and formed his own specific view of heaven and man with the combination of naive materialism and naive dialectics. This paper intents to inquires into the basic thinking of Wang Chuanshan’s view of heaven and man and its theoretical value, as well as its modern significance.%天人关系是指天道与人道二者之间的相互关系,它是中国古代哲学中一个十分重要的问题。王船山对传统的天人关系学说进行了全面的总结,从而形成了他的独特朴素唯物主义与朴素辩证法相结合的天人观。本文拟就王船山天人观的基本思想及其理论价值和现代意义作些探讨。
