“博物馆学习”研究有助于提升博物馆的教育工作水平，反映了博物馆在现代社会的独特价值与生存发展的正当性。从“探究观众如何学习”、“了解观众学习过程”、“分析观众学习所得”以及“讨论观众学习的影响因素”这四个基本问题入手，整理总结欧美博物馆学界关于“博物馆学习”的理论与实践，并就中国博物馆如何在工作中借鉴相关经验，阐述自己的思考。%Studies on “Learning in the Museum” may contribute to improve museum education, and to prove unique value of museums in modern society, as well as legitimacy for museums to survive and to develop. The paper started from four basic study subjects:“explore audiences’ learning methods”,“know audiences’ learning process”, “analyze audiences’ leaning results” and “discuss audiences’ learning”;collected and summarized theories and practices of“Learning in the Museum”in the field of museums in Europe and America, and set thinking as how to draw lessons for museum works in China.
