溶胶-凝胶法合成锂吸附剂H2TiO3及其性能研究

         

摘要

高镁锂比卤水提锂一直是国内外攻克的技术难题.针对目前锂吸附剂吸附容量低、溶损率大、吸附时间长等问题,采用溶胶-凝胶法合成锂吸附剂前驱体Li2TiO3,进而制备出高交换容量、低溶损率、短吸附时间的 H2TiO3锂吸附剂.采用热重、XRD、SEM 等手段,深入探讨了煅烧温度、n(Li):n(Ti)、煅烧时间等因素对合成前驱体性能的影响.结果表明,当 n(Li): n(Ti)=2.2,干凝胶在750 ℃下煅烧18 h可以得到纯相Li2TiO3,该吸附剂对锂的吸附容量为39.1 mg/g,Li+洗脱率可达98.92%,吸附平衡时间为120 min,单次循环过程中Ti4+溶损率低于0.020%,极适合于盐湖卤水提锂.%Extracting lithium from the brines with high magnesium lithium ratio has been an important technical problem to overcome around the world.Aimed at the current issues of low adsorp-tive capacity,high dissolved loss rate and long adsorptive time for the lithium adsorbent,high exchange capacity and short adsorptive time but low dissolved loss rate of lithium adsorbent H 2TiO3 was obtained from the acid-modified adsorbent precursor Li2TiO3by sol-gel method in the paper.The precursor were characterized by thermogravimetry,X-ray diffraction and scanning electron microscopy.The effects of lithium titanium ratio,calcining temperature and time on properties of syn-thetic precursor was investigated in depth.The results indicated that single-phase of Li2TiO3was ob-tained by calcining the dry gel at 750 ℃ in air for 18 h when n(Li): n(Ti)is 2.2,the adsorptive capac-ity of the adsorbent for lithium is 39.1 mg/g,the extraction rate of Li +is 98.92% and dissolved loss rate of titanium is less than 0.020% in single cycle process under the condition of adsorptive time is 120 minutes,which is extremely suitable for extracting lithium from the mother liquor of salt lake brine after extracting potassium.
