通过测试研制膜溶油样品的浊度,确定了可溶膜的溶油含量.当可溶膜质量分数为0.05%时,其浊度与基础油浊度基本相当,所以在低于该含量使用时足以保证调制油外观清澈不浑浊.通过摩擦系数、拉伸强度、拉伸断裂标称应变、撕裂强度等一系列技术指标的测试,对研制膜和在用二元乙丙橡胶J-0010膜的多项物理性能进行比较,研究结果表明:研制膜的爽滑性、力学性能与在用二元乙丙橡胶J-0010膜基本相当.%The concentration of the prepared film in base oil was determined by measuring the turbidity of the solution.The turbidity of the soluble film was equivalent to the base oil turbidity when the concentration was 0.05%.Therefore,the modulating oil could be ensured to be clear in appearance when the concentraion was lower than 0.05 percent.In order to identify the performance of the pre-pared film,a series of technical indicator of the prepared film and the using film of J-0010 EPM such as friction coefficients,tensile strength,nominal tensile strain at break,tear strength were investigated.It was found that smoothness and mechanical properties of the prepared film were equivalent to that of the using film.
