离子热法制备微介孔分子筛PNS-7催化苯甲醛与乙二醇缩合反应研究

         

摘要

采用新型N-甲基咪唑离子液体[P123 mim]Cl作为模板剂制备了微介孔分子筛PNS-7,表征结果证明所合成的[P123 mim]Cl为目标离子液体,分子筛PNS-7具有晶态孔壁结构、介孔有序性和适宜的酸性强度.以苯甲醛与乙二醇的缩合为探针反应,n(苯甲醛)=0.1 mol、n(乙二醇)∶n(苯甲醛)=1.2、m(分子筛)=0.2 g、V(带水剂环己烷)=10 mL,于120℃反应90 min,所得产物收率为95.4%,且分离的催化剂重复使用5次,其催化活性未见明显降低.可见,所合成的分子筛PNS-7具有催化性能高、易回收、可重复使用等特点.%A novel micro-mesoporous molecular sieve PNS-7 was prepared by using ionic liquid [P123 mim]Cl as the template.The results showed that the synthesized [P123 mim]Cl was the target product.And a novel mesoporous molecular sieve PNS-7 with crystalline pore structure was prepared with this ionic liquid as template.The molecular sieve PNS-7 was used as catalysts for condensation reaction of benzaldehyde with ethylene glycol.and the conditions of condensation reaction were as follows:benzaldehyde 0.1 mol,ethylene glycol 0.12 mol,molecular sieve PNS-7 0.2 g,cyclohexane 10 mL,temperature:120 ℃,reaction time:90 min,Consequently the yield of the product was 95.4 %.The separated catalyst can be used 5 recycling runs with catalytic activity was not significantly reduced.It can be seen that the synthesized zeolite PNS-7 has the characteristics of high catalytic performance,easy recovery and reusable.
