有机多硫极压抗磨剂的制备及性能研究

         

摘要

合成了一种有机多硫化物,采用FTIR红外光谱仪、PE元素分析仪等仪器对产物的分子结构进行了定性分析,谱图显示产物是一种含有S-S键的有机多硫化物.利用四球摩擦实验对制备的有机多硫化物在基础油中的摩擦性能进行了考察,实验表明所制备的有机多硫化物具有优异的极压抗磨性能,在w(添加荆)≥1.0%和负荷<490 N条件下能够显著改善基础油的润滑性能.铜片腐蚀实验和磨斑表面形貌的微观分析也证实了制备的有机多硫化物具有良好的抗腐蚀性能和抗磨减摩性能.%A new type of organic polysulfide was synthesized and the structure was analyzed through Fourier transform infrared spectrum and PE elemental analysis.The results showed that the organic polysulfide is a compound with S-S bonds.The tribological properties of the organic polysulfide in base oil were evaluated with a four-ball machine.The results indicated that the organic polysulfide possesses good extreme pressure property in base oil in four-ball tests,and can improve the antiwear and friction reducing abilities under conditions that the additive concentration higher than 1.0% and the load lower than 490N.Copper corrosion experiment and the micro analysis of rubbed surface confirmed the fact that organic polysulfide has good corrosion resistance and the abilities of antiwear and friction reducing.
