电吸附除盐法在宁钢厂污水站处理中的应用与研究

         

摘要

电吸附技术是一种新兴的水处理技术,由于其能耗低、操作简单、环保等优点而备受关注.作者采用电吸附技术对宁波钢铁厂废水进行了中试处理实验,实验结果表明:除盐率为87.19%,系统的得水率为81.82%,能耗为1.13 kW·h/t,出水指标达到了宁波钢铁厂回用水的要求.验证了电吸附技术除盐效果,从而证明该项技术应用于水质除盐的可行性和技术优势.%Electric adsorption technique is a new technology for water treatment,. Due to its low energy consumption, simple operation, environmental protection and other advantages, now it has obtained much attention. In this paper, the pilot test of electric adsorption technology for Ningbo steel plant's wastewater was carried out,the test results showed that:salt removal rate was 87.19%,water rate of system for 81. 82%,energy consumption of 1.13 kW·h/t The effluent quality can reach the Ningbo steel plant s requirements. It is verified by electric adsorption desalting test that the technology is feasible and is of much advantages.
