Aimed at the nature of Panjin crude oil,a pour point depressant and viscosity reducer-ME-TA-MA was successfully synthesized from methacrylic acid (ME)-tetradecyl alcohol (TA)-maleic anhydride(MA).Through the single factor experiments,the optimal conditions for preparing ME-TA-MA are obtained:For esterification reaction:the molar ratio of methacrylic acid to tetradecyl alcohol is 1 ∶ 1.25,with catalyst (p-toluenesulfonic acid) of 2.0% and solvent (toluene) 50% ; For polymerization reaction:the molar ratio of tetradecyl methyl-acrylate to maleic anhydride of 1 ∶ 1,with initiator (BPO) of 1.5 % and solvent (toluene) of 50 wt%,and polymerization time is 3 h,polymerization temperature of 80℃.The infrared analysis showed that the molecular functional group of the prepared products matches with the designed target products (copolymer of tetradecyl methyl-acrylate and maleic anhydride).Solidifying point can be lowered by 13 ℃ and viscosity lowered by 63.33% when 0.230% of the pour point depressant and viscosity reducer (ME-TA-MA) was added in the Panjin crude oil.%根据盘锦原油的性质,成功研制了以甲基丙烯酸、十四醇、马来酸酐为原料的共聚物ME-TA-MA降凝降粘剂.单因素实验确定了合适的工艺条件.酯化:7n(十四醇)∶n(甲基丙烯酸)=1.25∶1,m(催化剂):m(甲基丙烯酸+十四醇)=2%,m(溶剂)∶m(甲基丙烯酸+十四醇)=50%;聚合:n(马来酸酐)∶n(酯化产物)=1∶1,m(引发剂):(甲基丙烯酸十四酯+马来酸酐)=1.5%,m(溶剂):m(甲基丙烯酸十四酯+马来酸酐)=50%,聚合温度80℃,聚合时间3h.IR结果表明,所制备产物的官能团结构与设计的目标产物相符.将最佳条件下合成的产物以m(降凝剂)∶m(原油)=0.23%的加剂量加入到盘锦原油中,凝点可降低13℃,粘度可降低61.33%.
