超高浓度含磷废水的预处理研究

         

摘要

Experiments wastewater is generated in the process of preparation for the production of ac-rylamide catalysts,it contains a large number of sub-phosphate, and sulfate. Reducing waste's total phosphorus concentration as a starting point (TP = 2 300 mg/L) ,the paper choosed the best precipitating agent and determined its amount, the reaction pH , temperature, time, stirring speed, etc, single factor and optimized the conditions. After extensive testing confirmed. 100 mL phosphorus-containing wastewater could be adjusted to pH 8,at the conditions of 30 ℃.200 r/min.adding 3. 0 g of calcium chloride.reacting 180 min. total phosphorus concentration can be reduced to 200 mg/L or less,phosphorus rate could be up to 91%. After sediments characterization analysising by XRD,TG,DTA, the main component of chemical deposits are calcium phosphate and calcium sulfate crystals.%实验废水为生产丙烯酰胺制备催化剂过程中产生的,含有大量的亚磷酸盐、硫酸盐,以降低废水总磷质量浓度[ρ(TP) =2300 mg/L]为出发点,从选择最佳沉淀剂并确定其用量、确定反应pH值、温度、时间、搅拌速度等单因素条件考察并优化.经过大量实验证实,100 mL此含磷废水调节pH=8,在30℃、200 r/min 条件下,加入3.00 g的氯化钙,反应180min,废水ρ(TP)可降至200 mg/L以下,除磷率可达91%以上.对沉淀物进行XRD、TG-DTA表征分析可知,所得化学沉淀物的主要成分为亚磷酸钙和硫酸钙晶体.
