The annual capacity of acetic anhydride plant is 55,000 ton,the annual consumption of fresh water is above 1,000,000 ton,the consumption of fuel gas is about 2. 233X 107 m3,besides,the consumption of steam is slightly high. In order to energy saving and pollutant reduction,acetic anhydride plant takes the following measures: technical reconstruction of low-temperature water skill, technical reconstruction of natural gas pipeline, technical reconstruction of other skills to cut the consumption of fresh water and gas and to save a lot of steam. In addition, the total direct drainage of Line 10 in the east of factory is cut,and the exhaust emission produced by the fuel gas is also lower.%醋酐装置生产能力5.5万t/a.使用新鲜水100万t/a以上,消耗燃料气煤气约2.233×107m3,蒸汽消耗量也偏高.通过低温水技术改造、天然气管线改造、其它技术改造等手段降低新鲜水、燃料气消耗、节省了大量蒸汽.还降低了厂东10#线直排水的排水总量、减少了燃料气燃烧后产生的废气排放量.
