In order to achieve the goal of waste minimizatio n and cost saving,a process is proposed to recover propylene and propane from th e off-gases in the process of propene hydroformylation for butyl alcohol and 2-e thylhexyl alcohol production.Feasibility of the recovery scheme is studied by me ans of computer analogue computation.%从现有生产装置挖潜增效，节能降耗的角度出发，对丁辛醇生产过程中排放到燃料区的弛放气进行了分析，并根据国外丁辛醇生产装置的尾气利用情况以及现有生产装置状况，提出了回收丙烯、丙烷的工艺路线，并采用计算机模拟计算的方式，论证了回收方案的可行性。
