基于ANSYS有限元分析法的FAST主索网结构参数化

         

摘要

提出一种基于ANSYS有限元分析法的FAST主索网索网结构参数化设计方法,通过ANSYS有限元分析软件对FAST主索网结构进行参数化设计.利用参数化变量对有限元模型进行构建,为使用者提供有限元研究过程,将设定的函数、变量作为软件的输入,选用五轴对称短程线分型方法.主索网结构的网格分割方案包括四边形网格、凯威特网格以及短程线型网格.实验结果表明,短程线型方案最适合FAST主索网结构,侧偏量相对抛物面的可移动距离是无法忽略的.对主索网界面、风荷载与温度荷载进行计算,各项设计参数均符合FAST主索网结构设计要求.%A main cable network cable net structure parametric design method based on ANSYS finite element analysis method of FAST was proposed,FAST main cable net structure parametric design using ANSYS finite ele-ment analysis software was carried out. Use of parametric variables on the finite element model building process, the research of finite element for the user,will set the function,the selection of input variables as software,typing method for five axis symmetric short lines. The main cable mesh network structure segmentation scheme includes quadrilateral mesh,mesh and geodesic grid kewitte. The experimental results show that the geodesic scheme is most suitable for FAST cable net structure, movable side offset paraboloid relative distance can not be neglected, the main cable network interface, wind load and temperature load are calculated. The design parameters are in con-formity with the requirement of FAST network structure design of main cable.
