基于层次-模糊分析法的城市内涝生态治理评价

         

摘要

Urban flooding took place in many cities in recent years, which resulted in worse living environment and restricted city economic development.The urban flooding ecological control comprehensive technology system is composed of cast-in-situ grids technology, permeable grass floor technology and ecological wall virescence technolo-gy.This system can rebuild the city ecological environment and recover the ability of rainwater absorption.Some indexes were measured in the test, which includes survival rate and coverage of plants after 6 months of planting, greening rate,strength, surface runoff formed by rainfall.This system can decrease surface runoff while duration of rainfall is 24 h and rainfall intensity is 60 mm/24 h, 70 mm/24 h and 80 mm/24 h respectively.The evaluation re-sult of this system is remarkable by the methods of analytical hierarchy process and fuzzy analysis.This result is consistent with the result of experiment.A new method to settle urban flooding from the perspective of ecological control is put up.%近几年城市内涝在许多城市频发,由此导致城市人居环境质量显著降低;而且严重影响城市经济发展.由现浇网格生态护坡技术、透水植草地坪技术及生态围墙立体绿化技术构成城市内涝生态治理综合技术体系,重新构建城市生态环境,恢复城市雨水的自我吸收能力.通过试验对三种技术的绿化率、植物栽植6个月后的成活率和盖度、强度及降雨形成的地表径流量等指标进行了测定.结果表明:在实现城市生态绿化的同时,显著减少了降雨历时24 h、降雨强度分别为60 mm/24 h、70 mm/24 h、80 mm/24 h条件下的地表径流.采用层次-模糊分析法评价,城市内涝生态治理技术体系评价结果为"显著",与试验结果相吻合.研究从生态治理角度为城市内涝问题解决提供了新途径.
