贮料材料参数对筒仓水平地震效应的影响研究

         

摘要

On the evaluation of the horizontal force of a silo under the earthquake using the current standards,80% of the total mass of granular materials is considered effective and it doesn't take it into account whether different types of granular materials have different ratios of effective mass.Meanwhile,some studies was suggested that current standards are too conservative on evaluating the horizontal force of a squat silo under the earthquake.A numerical model of a test silo described in a literature is built using the contact algorithm and the granular material is considered as an ideal elastoplastic body using the Mohr-Coulomb yield criterion.Parametric study is made to evaluate the seismic behavior of a silo with different granular material's parameters of elastic modulus,Poisson's ratio and cohesion using the results of base bending moment and first natural frequency as important evaluating references.The numerical results are compared with the test result and the one obtained by standard and the patterns are concluded.Verified by the test result,the numerical method adopted in this paper is reasonable and feasible.%现行规范对于筒仓水平地震作用的计算,是简单地将贮料总质量的80%作为贮料有效质量的代表值,并没有考虑贮料种类的不同对筒仓水平地震作用的影响.有文献指出,规范对于浅仓的水平地震作用的规定过于保守,有进一步进行系统研究的必要.根据一文献中的试验模型建立了相应的数值模型,采用接触算法模拟贮料与结构间的相互作用,将贮料看作成一种连续的理想弹塑性体,采用Mohr-Coulomb屈服准则.针对弹性模量、泊松比和黏聚力3个材料参数,考察筒仓的基底弯矩和基本自振频率两个指标,分析了各材料参数对筒仓水平地震作用的数值结果的影响,并分别与试验值和规范值进行了比较,归纳总结得到了规律性的结论.与试验结果对比,证明数值模拟方法是合理的和可行的.
