In order to reveal the influence of process parameters on performance of connecting rod bushing and obtain the optimized process parameters,taking thinning ratio,heat treatment temperature and feed ratio as the influence factor,a orthogonal test method was designed to investigate its influence on brinell hardness,tensile strength,yield strength and elongation,and range analysis were done to the result of orthogonal test.The influence significance order and trend chart of influence of each factor on objection function were obtained.Then through the integrated balance method,the optimized process parameters of connecting rod bushing were obtained.%为了揭示工艺参数对连杆衬套性能的影响规律并获得优化的工艺参数,以减薄率、热处理温度、进给比为影响因数,运用正交试验法对强力旋压连杆衬套工艺参数进行了研究;探究了其对抗拉强度、布氏硬度、屈服强度和伸长率的影响规律;并对正交试验结果做极差分析,得出了各因素对目标函数影响的显著性次序及影响趋势图.再通过综合平衡法,得出了优化的连杆衬套工艺参数.
