基于故障物理注入的模拟电路测试性分析方法

         

摘要

针对仿真建立的故障字典与实体电路存在较大差异以及一部分电路无法进行软件仿真等问题,提出了基于故障物理注入建立故障字典,并进行故障检测和隔离的方法.首先研究了基于故障物理注入技术的实现方法;然后根据实测数据构建整数编码字典,以此为基础讨论了故障检测率、隔离率和虚警率等指标的预计方法;最后结合电路实例对算法进行了验证.实验结果表明,采用整数编码字典方法进行测试性分析与传统的D矩阵模型算法相比具有更高的故障分辨能力.%There is a big difference between the fault dictionary based on simulation and physical circuit.Meanwhile,part of the circuit cannot be simulated.To solve this problem,a method of testability analysis was presented based on fault physics and has applied it in fault detection and isolation.Firstly,realization method based on fault physical injection technology is studied.Then,the estimated model of failure detection rate,isolation rate and false alarm rate are discussed based on the Integer-coded dictionary (ICD) which is established through the measured data.Finally,the algorithm is verified by an example of the circuit.The experimental results show that the ICD algorithm has higher fault resolution ability compared with D matrix algorithm in testability analysis.
