低温高湿工况下热源塔换热特性实验研究

         

摘要

In order to determine the differences and influence factors of heat transfer characteristics between the open and closed heat source towers under low temperature and high humidity conditions, an experimental platform of heat source was established tower heat pump.The heat absorption efficiency was defined to evaluate thermodynamic perfectness of heat source tower.Experiments were conducted to study the influences and differences of dry-bulb temperature 2~10 ℃, solution inlet temperature-10~-2 ℃, relative humidity 60%~100%, air volume 1 400~4 400 m3/h on heat absorption efficiency of the open and closed heat source towers.The results show that with solution inlet temperature, relative humidity and air volume increasing, heat absorption efficiency increases, While with air inlet temperature increasing, heat absorption efficiency decreases.Solution inlet temperature has the greatest influence on the heat absorption efficiency, while the influence of relative humidity is negligible.The heat absorption efficiency of the open heat source tower is 0.26~0.55, while the closed heat source tower is 0.16~0.35. Under the same conditions, heat absorption efficiency of open heat source tower is about 35% higher than closed heat source tower, and the heat transfer temperature difference is about 1.0~2.0 ℃ higher than closed heat source tower.The open heat source tower is more suitable for low temperature and high humidity environment in southern region of China, but the solution float and concentration should be comprehensively considered.%为了确定冬季低温高湿工况下开式热源塔与闭式热源塔的换热性能差异及影响因素,建立了热源塔热泵实验平台.定义吸热效率η表征热源塔换热过程热力完善度.实验研究了冬季空气干球温度2~10 ℃、溶液进口温度-10~-2 ℃、相对湿度60%~100%、风量1 400~4 400 m3/h范围下,各参数对开式和闭式热源塔吸热效率的影响以及换热性能差异.结果表明:吸热效率均随溶液进口温度、相对湿度和风量的增大而增大,随空气干球温度的增大而减小;溶液进口温度对吸热效率均影响最大,相对湿度的影响最小;开式热源塔和闭式热源塔的吸热效率分别为0.26~0.55、0.16~0.35;开式热源塔比闭式热源塔吸热效率平均高35%,溶液换热温差高1.0~2.0 ℃.开式热源塔更适合南方低温高湿环境,但需综合考虑溶液飘洒和浓缩的问题.
