基于长光程吸收池的痕量有害气体定量检测研究

         

摘要

光谱检测技术是痕量有害气体检测的主要方法.在气体检测中,傅里叶变换红外光谱包含着丰富的信息,其中峰值、峰位和峰宽等都可以作为定量检测依据.研究了峰面积作为检测依据的定量计算方法.在理论计算中针对不同方法,对定量依据、计算原理和存在误差进行了详细分析,比较了相互之间的优缺点.运用基于浓度-预测(C-P)矩阵模型的计算方法,结合痕量的一氧化碳、二氧化碳、二氧化氮和二氧化硫4种典型有害气体,进行了实验,验证了该方法在定量计算方面是可行的,最大相对误差为5.4%,最小相对误差为0.57%.基于阶梯函数拟合算法在计算峰面积时,经C语言编程仅占不到20KB的存储空间,在实现光谱检测仪器小型化、便携化方面发挥着重要作用.%Detection technology based on absorption spectrum is the main method of trace amounts of harmful gases detection in underground position.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy contains a wealth of information in gas detection,the height,the position and the width of the absorption peaks can be used as the basis for quantitative detection.The area of absorption peaks was studied as the basis for quantitative detection.According to different methods in theoretical calculation,the basis for quantitative detection,the principle of the calculation and the error of each other were analyzed in detail,the advantages and disadvantages of different method were compared.Combined with four typical harmful gases,the experiment is carried out by using FTIR.The quantitative calculation method based on C-P is proved to be feasible,the maximum relative error is 5.4%,the minimum is 0.57%.By C language programming,the algorithm of step function only occupies a very small storage space,in the realization of spectrum detection instrument miniaturization and portable development play an important role.
