磁化水玄武岩纤维混凝土力学性能试验与分析

         

摘要

The C30 concrete was used as a benchmark of concrete.When the magnetic intensity is 285 mT,the tests with different water flow velocity (0.6 m/s,1.2 m/s,2.1 m/s,3.0 m/s) and different dosage of basalt fiber (1 kg/m3,1.5 kg/m3,2 kg/m3,2.5 kg/m3) were carried out for effects on the mechanical properties of basalt fiber concrete with magnetic water,including compressive strength,splitting strength,flexural strength and impact performance.The results show that magnetic water and basalt fiber can together significantly improve the compressive strength,splitting strength,flexural strength,impact energy and ductility.Based on the various performance indicators,the optimal basalt fiber content of 2 kg/m3 and the optimal water flow velocity of 2.1 m/s are proposed.%以C30混凝土为基准,选择磁场强度为285 mT时,研究分析了不同磁化水水流速度(0.6 m/s、1.2 m/s、2.1 m/s、3.0m/s)和不同玄武岩纤维掺量(1 kg/m3、1.5 kg/m3、2 kg/m3、2.5 kg/m3)对混凝土抗压、劈拉、抗折和弯曲冲击性能的影响.结果表明,磁化水和玄武岩纤维能显著提高混凝土的抗压、劈拉、抗折和弯曲冲击性能,当磁化水水流速度为2.1 m/s,玄武岩纤维掺量为2.0 kg/m3时,磁化水玄武岩纤维混凝土各项力学性能达到最优.
