再生水景观回用系统中病原微生物消长的规律研究

         

摘要

When the reclaimed water is used for the purpose of landscape,the carried pathogenic microorganisms are a potential threat to the safety of aqueous environment.In urban Wetland Park of Guangdong province,growth and decline of two pathogenic microbial indicators in the regeneration water landscape were studied by using the membrane culture method.Results show that the removal rates of two pathogenic microorganisms were 98% and 90%,respectively,by ultraviolet disinfection and vertical flow constructed wetlands;total E.coli group and fecal E.coli group can revive or multiply in different degree in landscape water environment.Under the short hydraulic retention time,the revival ratio of the total E.coli group and fecal E.coli group was less affected by nutrient concentration.However,the growth of total number of E.coli was significantly influenced by the concentration of total nitrogen and total phosphorus in the landscape river water body with a long hydraulic retention time,while the number of fecal E.coli group was significantly affected by the total phosphorus concentration.%再生水回用于城市景观系统,水体中的病原微生物威胁景观水环境的安全.采用滤膜培养法检测总大肠菌群和粪大肠菌群两种病原微生物指示物在东莞城市湿地公园再生水景观回用系统中的消长规律.结果表明:紫外消毒和垂直流人工湿地对两种病原微生物指示生物的去除率分别达到98%和90%以上;两种病源微生物指示生物在景观水环境中有不同程度的复活和增殖现象,在水力停留时间较短的高位水池中总大肠菌群与粪大肠菌群的复活速率受营养盐浓度的影响比较小;在水力停留时间较长的景观河水体中总大肠菌群数的增长受水体中总氮和总磷浓度的影响比较大,粪大肠菌群数受总磷浓度的影响比较明显.
