新型静态折流板式填料塔吸收CO2实验研究

         

摘要

针对目前电厂锅炉烟道气中CO2脱除效率低的现状,依据热质交换原理,提出一种新型静态折流板式吸收装置.为测试新装置性能,自行搭建新型静态折流板式填料塔,选用体积比20% MDEA+10% TETA+70% H2O的混合胺液作为吸收剂,进行新型装置吸收 CO2性能的实验研究.实验结果表明,当模拟烟气 CO2与 N2体积比为3:17,模拟烟气流量为0.5 m3/h,混合胺液温度为40 ℃时,CO2吸收性能随填料高度、液态分布器转速及混合胺液流量的增加出现先增大后减小的趋势.当填料高度300 mm,液体分布器转速900 r/min,混合胺液流量20 L/h时吸收效率达最大值88.2%.%In view of low removal CO2efficiency from flue gas,a new static baffle absorption tower was intro-duced based on heat and mass exchange principle. An experimental platform was built to measure its absorption ef-ficiency using 20% MDEA+10% TETA+70% H2O as absorbent. Experiments were carried under constant volume ratio of CO2to N23:17,stimulation gas flow rate 0.5 m3/h and mixed amine solution temperature 40 ℃. Experi-mental results indicated that the values of the removal CO2efficiency increased at first and then decreased. When the filling height was 300 mm, speed of liquid distributor was 900 r/min and mixed amine solution flow rate was 20 L/h,the maximum of removal CO2efficiency was up to 88.2%.
