药型罩曲率半径对周向线性多爆炸成型弹丸成型性能及毁伤效应的影响

         

摘要

为了研究药型罩曲率半径对周向线性多爆炸成型弹丸(multiple explosively formed projectiles,MEFP)的成型性能以及毁伤效应的影响,使用仿真软件LS-DYNA模拟了具有不同曲率半径的周向线性MEFP的成型过程;并通过战斗部试验验证了曲率半径对周向线性MEFP的毁伤效应的影响规律.数值模拟以及战斗部试验结果表明:调整药型罩半径与装药直径比值在1.0 ~1.2之间时,弹丸的长径比更大,压合程度更高,穿靶率也更高.依据仿真及试验结果,在药型罩其他参数不变的情况下,调整药型罩半径与装药直径比值在1.0~1.2之间时可形成长径比更高的密实弹丸,从而进一步提高周向线性MEFP的毁伤效应.%In order to study the liner radius' influence on the circumferential linear MEFP' (multiple explosively formed projectiles) forming performance and damage effects,the forming process of circumferential linear MEFP with different radius is simulated by using the LS-DYNA software,and the influence law of radius on the circumferential linear MEFP is demonstrated through warhead trials.The simulation results and warhead trials show that if the ratio of liner radius to charge diameter is between 1.0 ~ 1.2,projectiles will be compressed more with higher ratio of length to diameter and probability of perforation.According to the above simulation and trial results,while the other liner parameters remain the same,setting the ratio of liner radius to charge diameter between 1.0 ~ 1.2 could get more compressed projectile with higher ratio of length to diameter,which improves the damage effects of circumferential linear MEFP.
