The critical explosion temperature of RDX solution was measured by a self-designed critical explosion temperature testing equipment .The results shows that , 0.3 g RDX will be only decomposition beyong explode when it is heated at higher temperature .RDX solution will be decompose rapidly to 191 ℃ lead to explode when RDX given to a concentration rage of 3%to 7%, indicate that , methylbenzene has a certain catalytic effect on thermal decomposition of RDX.The concentration rage of 3%to 7%for RDX, has little influence on critical explosion tem-perature of RDX solution .The explosion of RDX solution is not easy to happen when the concentration less than 3%.%为了防止RDX在生产以及使用过程中发生爆炸事故,采用本实验室自行设计的临界爆温测试装置,对RDX溶液的临界爆温进行了测试。结果显示,0畅3 g RDX在高温下加热时,只会发生热分解反应,反应程度不会引起爆炸;RDX质量分数为3%~7%时,RDX溶液不仅会发生强烈的热分解反应使溶液温度迅速升高,而且会在191℃左右发生爆炸,从而确定,甲苯对RDX溶液的热分解起到一定的催化作用;RDX 3%~7%的质量分数变化,对临界爆炸温度影响很小;当RDX溶液质量分数低于3%时,RDX溶液不发生爆炸。
