设计一种基于FPGA的激光自混合干涉信号高速实时数据处理系统。通过FPGA对激光自混合干涉信号进行采集、处理和显示,最后得到外部物体的位移。提出数据处理系统的硬件设计方案并结合信号处理方法进行软件实现,搭建激光自混合干涉实验平台进行验证。实验结果表明,该系统处理速度快、实验数据准确度高、系统稳定、具有较好的同步性和实时性,满足对激光自混合干涉信号高速实时处理的要求。%A laser self-mixing interference signal high-speed real-time data processing system base on FPGA is designed , The laser self-mixing interference signal is acquired , processed and displayed by FPGA , and the dis-placement of external objects is obtained in the end .The scheme of hardware design of a data processing system is put forward ,and software realization combined with signal processing methods , self-mixing interference experiment platform is built for verification .The experimental results show that the system processing speed is fast , the experi-mental data is of high accuracy ,and the system is stable ,with good synchronization and real-time,which meets the high speed real-time processing of self-mixing interference signal .
