一种新型阻尼减振片性能实验及应用仿真研究

         

摘要

The structure damping ratio and Rayleigh clamping factors of vibration damping sheet, consisting of non-vulcanized butyl rubber, are calculated from experiment results, which could be directly used in finite element simulation research of automobile treated with damping materials. The front-door models, both treated with and without restrained damping sheets, are constructed with Rayleigh damping factors calculated from the experiment results. Then vibration damping results of the two models are compared under impact load. Results show that the vibration reduction effect is obvious of the front-door treated with restrained damping sheets.%通过实验测定一种非硫化丁基橡胶阻尼减振片的结构阻尼比和Rayleigh阻尼系数,可直接用于基于阻尼材料的汽车减振有限元仿真研究;分别建立约束阻尼处理前后的前车门模型,采用实验测出的Rayleigh阻尼系数,对比冲击载荷下前车门的振动衰减仿真结果,证明采用该阻尼减振片改装处理的前车门的减振效果明显.
