基于动态优先晋升总线的矿井积水水位监控系统设计

         

摘要

By the water level sensor technical limitations, the present mine water level monitoring system can only be arranged in a special water storage, unable to the underground environment and comprehensive coverage, water collecting information of low precision, slow response, can not be timely for the dangerous water level alarm. Based on dynamic priority promotion bus technology for mine water level monitoring system design method, based on technology of uCAN bus connecting the sensor signal transmission, a variable dielectric capacitance sensor is proposed in water level signal collection, used LPC2368 chip on the first transmission line hardware support. The actual test proved that, the system can more quickly and accurately mine water level monitor and alarm, with strong practical value.%受到水位传感器技术的限制,目前的矿井积水水位监控系统只能布置在特殊的水仓处,无法对井下的环境进行全面覆盖.水位采集信息精度较低,反应迟缓,不能及时对危险水位报警.提出基于动态优先级晋升总线技术的矿井积水水位监控系统设计方法.基于uCAN总线技术连接传感器的信号传输,研制了一种变介质的电容传感器进行水位信号采集,使用LPC2368芯片对总先传输进行硬件支撑.实际的测试证明,该系统对能够更加快速准确地对矿井积水水位进行监控报警,具有很强的实用价值.
