用于降低冲击噪声的非线性消声器设计

         

摘要

A new kind of nonlinear silencer used to reduce the shock noise is investigated. This kind of silencer provides two noise reducing styles including reflecting and absorbing noise energy by its special structure which fabricates the structures of both Helmholtz resonator and a nonlinear oscillator. Firstly, two silencer models a and b are designed based on two different compound modes, then the governing equations of two models are established, finally the performances of reducing shock noise are studied by numerical simulation when they work as the branches of acoustic guide, respectively. The results show that, with proper parameters, silencer models a and b could effectively reflect much shock noise energy and absorb a little shock noise energy, two silencer models b could effectively absorb a portion of shock noise energy when they work together.%将非线性振子和亥姆霍兹消声器进行组合,设计出一种具有反射和吸收声压能量两种降噪方式的新型非线性消声器模型,用来降低声管中的冲击噪声.首先基于两种不同的组合方式,设计出两种结构不同的非线性消声器模型a和b;然后从物态方程出发,建立了非线性消声器的数学描述方程;并通过数值仿真,研究了非线性消声器降低冲击噪声的消声性能.结果表明,恰当的设计模型参数,在较宽的频带范围内,非线性消声器模型a和b均能以吸收小部分和反射大部分能量的方式有效降低冲击噪声.两个消声器模型b配合工作时,能以吸收部分能量的方式有效降低冲击噪声.
