基于A类铂电阻的弹体温度采集系统研究

         

摘要

为了提高导弹弹体温度的测量精度,提出了一种新型的基于A类铂电阻的多点采集温度传感器的设计方案.该系统采用高精度恒流源减小铂电阻功耗,四线制和对称组装式数据放大电路来减小温度漂移.五阶低通滤波器MAX280滤波后的信号经A/D转换与数字电位器X9241相连,通过AT89S52控制数字电位器调整输出的零点漂移,再采用最小二乘法进行分段拟合.经试验验证,在-50℃~400℃的温度范围内,误差<0.05℃,目前以本电路为核心的测量与控制系统已实际应用于某导弹系统装备.%In order to improve the missile temperature measurement precision, a kind of multi-point acquisition temperature sensor based on a platinum resistance was put forward. Constant current source was used to reduced power consumption of precision platinum, the temperature drift was reduced by four wire system and symmetric assembled data amplifier circuit. The signal was filtered by five order low-pass filter MAX280, was put to A/D conversion, and was connected through X9241. AT89S52 controlled to adjust the output of the zero drift, the least square method was used in the segmented range. Experiments show that the temperature error is less than 0. 05 t between the temperature range of - 50 ℃ ~ 400 ℃. At present, the circirt as the core temperature measurement and control system has been used in a missile system.
