浅埋综放采空区自燃“三带”的分布规律的实测与数值模拟研究

         

摘要

Strap tube technology is used to monitor gas distribution in gob to nalysis the gas changes with face advance process,and determined the spontaneous combustion "three zones" distribution in the gob of fully-mechanized face F6201 of BULIANGOU coal mine by concentration changes of O2.Then the software called Fluent is used to simulation air leakage and oxygen concentration condition to divided gob into "three zones" of the spontaneous combustion,determined the distribution of spontaneous combustion.Studies show that the oxidation zone in the gob of fully-mechanized face of shallow seam is more closer to working face and smaller than ordinary fully mechanized top-coal caving face,and the range of oxidation zone more larger with more air volume.According to the width of oxidation zone determined nitrogen injection step is 30 m,and achieved better effect of fire prevention and extinguishing.%通过在综放工作面采空区埋设固定束管采样探头,分析采空区内气体随工作面推进过程中的变化.根据实测O2浓度的变化确定不连沟煤矿F6201面采空区遗煤自燃氧化“三带”的分布规律,并利用FLUENT软件建立了采空区气体渗流物理模型,模拟采空区O2浓度的变化,得出了采空区自燃“三带”的分布规律.研究表明:与普通综放面相比,浅埋综放采空区氧化带靠近煤壁、范围小,且随着风量的增加氧化带范围增大.根据采空区氧化带分布确定注氮步距为30 m,取得较好的防灭火效果.
