Mining at the island face has always been a difficulty in the coal mine management.According to the general situation of 31706,31707 island mining face which caused by 3上、3下mining in Henan,based on site actual,using the theoretical analysis and the udec software to built numerical model,and to analysis the overburden deformation situation and the stress distribution.The results show that when only the both side of working face empty,the stress distribution showed saddle shape,and the peak stress cross the coal 12,13 meters,when the bottom and the both sides of working face is empty,the stress distribution of island face is in change,and the stress of sides coal wall is significantly decreased.It knows that the bottom of face mining plays a role of pressure relief,and reduce the risk level of rock burst for island face.It is verification that it is possibility for mining at island face in the special geological conditions.%孤岛工作面开采一直是煤矿管理工作中的重点,而对其进行上行开采更加大了开采难度.根据山东欢城煤矿3上、3下煤开采形成的31706、31707孤岛工作面概况,结合现场实际,采用理论分析、UDEC软件数值模拟等手段,对上行开采孤岛工作面覆岩的变形破坏情况及应力分布状况进行研究与模拟分析.研究结果表明:当工作面仅两侧采空时,应力分布呈马鞍形,应力峰值分别深入煤壁10 m、12 m;当工作面底部及两侧都采空时,孤岛工作面应力分布发生变化,两侧煤壁的应力明显减少,同时孤岛工作面位于卸压区内部.可知,底部工作面的开采起到了卸压作用,使得孤岛工作面内积聚的弹性势能得以释放,减少了孤岛工作面发生冲击地压的危险程度,进行上行孤岛工作面开采是可行的.
