低渗层抽油机井合理沉没度及流压界限研究

         

摘要

头台油田大部分抽油机井由于抽汲参数配置偏大而处于低沉没度状态下运行,造成泵效不好;目前的研究都是针对中高渗透油田进行的,对低渗透油田研究得不够.为低渗透油田配置合理设备和优化调整油井工作参数需进一步深入研究低渗透油田油井合理的流压及沉没度界限.首先建立了泵效-沉没度关系数学模型,确定了合理流压和沉没度范围.结果表明以目前两区块含水率分别为47%和60%,泵效为20%时的合理流压分别为2.2 MPa和1.9 MPa,沉没度分别为109.09 m和72.23 m.结论对于指导低渗透油田的生产调整具有重要意义.%Most rod pumped wells in Toutai oilfield operate in low submergence depth because swab parameters are higher, which results in low pump efficiency; existent researches are all aimed at high permeability oilfield, while studies in low permeability oilfield are not sufficient, therefore appropriate flowing pressure and submergence depth limit in low permeability oilfield should be studied deeply, based on which advisable equipments are installed and oil well working parameters are optimized and adjusted. The mathematical model of the relationship between pump efficiency and submergence depth is established and appropriate flowing pressure and submergence depth limit are confirmed. The result shows that in two blocks, when water ratio is respectively 47% and 60% , pump efficiency is 20% , appropriate flowing pressures is 2. 2 Mpa and 1. 9 Mpa, and submergence depth is 109. 09m and 72.23m, respectively. This conclusion has important significance in guiding the adjustment of production in low permeability oilfield.
