In view of the present marine drilling platform integration capabilities, operability and scalability problems, analysis of the platform for monitoring the design idea and main function. OPC technology design client platform drilling system integrated monitoring network structure is applicated. Semi submersible drilling platform subsystem of integrated monitoring technology is studied. And with pressure load monitoring subsystem man-machine interface as an example, using the IFIX configuration software is produced. This drilling platform integrated monitoring system is independent, strong expansibility characteristic.%针对目前海洋钻井平台中集成能力、可操作性和可扩展性存在的问题,分析了平台监控的设计思想和主要功能.应用OPC技术设计客户端实现了平台钻井系统集成监控的网络结构.研究了半潜式钻井平台各子系统集成监控技术；并以压载监控子系统的人机界面为例,采用IFIX工控组态软件进行了制作.此钻井平台集成监控系统具有独立性、可扩展性强等特点.
