三元复合体系的乳化性能对驱油效果的影响研究

         

摘要

针对三元复合体系在渗流过程中的乳化问题,使用渗透率为300×10-3、1 500×10、2 500×10-3 μm2三种均质岩心以及平均渗透率1 000×10-3 μm2,变异系数为0.65、0.72和0.80的非均质岩心进行乳化体系与未乳化体系驱油实验,分析了驱替过程中的压力变化规律,研究了乳化对驱油效果的影响.结果表明:乳化造成后续水驱期间压力出现波动,含水率也出现了不同程度的降低;乳化体系的驱油效果好于未乳化体系,乳化体系比未乳化体系采收率可提高5%~10%.%Aiming at the emulsification issue of the ASP system seepage flow in porous media, three kinds of homogeneous cores of which permeability are respectively 300×10-3μm2, 1500×10-3μm2, 2500×10-3μm2 and non - homogeneous cores of which average permeability is 1000×10 ~3μm2, coefficient of variation are 0. 65, 0. 72 and 0. 80 are used to perform flooding experiments of non-emulsified and emulsion system. The rules of pressure variation during displacement and the influence of the emulsifying on flooding effect are analysised. It is shown that pressure fluctuations caused by emulsion were occurred during the subsequent water drive, and water cut also reduced in different degrees. The oil displacement effect of emulsion system is better than that non-emulsification system, emulsion system can increase 5 to 10 percentage points more than that non-emulsification system recovery.
