基于可靠性的供应链设施选址问题的优化模型

         

摘要

针对传统设施选址模型片面追求成本最小化而忽视供应链系统服务水平的情况,建立了一个基于容量有限制的供应链设施选址可靠性问题的多目标优化模型(RCFLP),并针对模拟退火算法与粒子群算法的优缺点,提出了一种混合型智能算法一模拟退火粒子群算法.通过收集中国各个省的人口和各个省会的相互之间的距离数据,构建实例.通过建立的模型与模拟退火粒子群算法进行了求解,并对结果进行了分析,将模拟退火粒子群算法计算结果与模拟退火算法和粒子群算法的计算结果相比较,证明了模拟退火粒子群算法的可以较快地获得较好的全局最优解.%According to the fact that conventional facility models only laid emphasis on logistics cost and ignored logistics service level, one multi-objective optimization model for the reliability of facility location problem of supply chain with capacity limitation is presented. The simulated annealing particle swarm optimization algorithm is proposed by combining the simulated annealing algorithm and swarm optimization algorithm one location problem is constructed based on the data of provinces population of China and the distance between the provinces, and solved by the model and the simulated annealing article swarm optimization algorithm. The result is analysed. Comparing with the simulated annealing algorithm and article swarm optimization algorithm, the simulated annealing swarm optimization algorithm can obtain better optimal solution at a rapid pace.
