基于晶体取向的镍基单晶叶片可靠性研究

         

摘要

研究了晶体取向的概率描述模型,收集叶片晶体取向随机数据,分析并给出其分布函数.通过晶体塑性理论对冷却叶片进行有限元强度分析,确定危险区域.在确定性蠕变寿命分析计算的基础上,进一步对单晶叶片蠕变寿命进行可靠性研究.利用Monte Carlo法计算冷却叶片蠕变寿命的随机响应,研究了在晶体取向随机因素影响下叶片蠕变寿命的分布.%The probability model of crystallography orientations is studied by collecting random data of the Blade' s crystal orientation ofand studying the distribution function of these data. Through strength analysis of Finite Element Method (FEM) for an single crystal cooled turbine blade base on crystallographic theory, the risk area in the blade is identified. Furthermore, reliability research is done for the creep life on the basis of creep life calculations. The Monte Carlo's method is used to calculate the creep life reliability. At the same time, the blade creep life distribution function is studied under the influence of random factor of crystallographic orientations.
