某控制系统传感器组件故障树算法优化设计

         

摘要

在控制技术中,传统的故障树分析方法已不能适应时代的要求.以某控制系统传感器组件的故障树为例,对传统的故障树算法进行了优化设计,定性地将故障树信息写入两个矩阵中.通过对矩阵进行遍历,最终得到了代表故障树分析结果的最小割集和最小径集,并定量地计算出结构重要度、概率重要度和关键重要度.分析结果表明该算法能够准确定位故障,对故障诊断系统具有一定的参考价值.%Conventional fault tree analysis (FTA) is out-of-date in a control unit technology. Taking the fault tree in the sensor module of an control system as an example, the fault tree information can be qualitatively written into two matrices in an innovative way which by the algorithm in the paper to ultimately obtain the minimum cut set and the minimum path set representative of FTA results and quantitatively calculate the configuration-significance, probability-significance and key-significance. The results show that this algorithm can accurately position the fault and be of certain reference value for fault diagnosis system.
