环保型磷酸酯型水基防锈剂的研制

         

摘要

以丙烯酸、5-甲基-2-巯基噻二唑、二乙醇胺和五氧化二磷为原料,合成了一种新型的绿色环保型水基防锈剂.确定了最佳合成条件并用显微熔点测定仪对中间体的熔点进行了测试.采用失重法对合成的化合物的防锈性能进行测试.测试结果表明:在1 mol/L HCl溶液中目标化合物对A3钢有较好的缓蚀性能,其最佳浓度均为20×1O-6(ppm).且产品水溶性好,抗硬水、耐水解能力强,适用于水基金属防锈液等水基型体系.%A novel aqueous inhibitor of type of environmental protection was synthesized from the main starting materials such as acrylic acid, thiadiazole, diethanolamine and phosphorus pentoxide. The optimum synthesis conditions were established and intermediate mp was tested by melting point detector. Their corrosion inhibition performance was studied by gravimetric measurement The result indicates that the title compound has good corrosion inhibition performance of A3 steel in 1 mol/L HCL It has good rust inhibition of steel and cast iron in water medium. So it is be applicable in water-base inhibitor.
