通过与EDX能谱和扫描电镜测试表面偏析层厚度的结果对比分析可知,金相法测试的表面粗大树枝晶组织厚度即为表面区域偏析层厚度.证明了可以用金相法快速、方便地测试偏析层厚度的可行性.此外,用金相法还测出了两种主要偏析元素Mg,Fe形成的FeAl3和Mg2Si相的形态分布.%EDX spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy test surface segregation layer thickness show that metallographic test the surface of coarse dendrite thickness is the surface area of the segregation layer thickness. It is proved the metallographic method testing the feasibility of the segregation layer thickness quickly and easily. In addition, Metallographic method have detected the phase morphology distribution of two main segregation elements Mg and Fe forming of FeAl3 and Mg2Si.
