以广州某办公建筑为研究对象,运用dest模拟软件对该建筑的空调开启时间进行建筑逐时冷负荷模拟.以该逐时冷负荷为基础,分别计算冷水机组、水泵、风机在部分负荷率下的能耗,以及空调开启时间的全部能耗.综合三者能耗量,得到空调开启时间的总能耗变化趋势,最终得出最优化的高温冷源的节能温度.%A office building located in Guangzhou as example is taken, using the building thermal environment simulation software dest to analyses details of building dynamic load on air conditioning open times. And this data to calculate the energy consumption of chillers, water pumps and fans respectively are used. Comprehensive database of three aspects, the trend of energy consumption of air conditioning system is gained. And finally, the optimal temperature value of the high temperature cold source is obtained.
